Love this place. Food is amazing and tastes the same every time, so kudos to the chef.

I am from California, and this place reminds me of my favorite place from there. The butter chicken, is sooo amazing, their chickpea curry is just the right amount of spice. There food is real food, so It gets you full!!! Me and my wife loved this place, and will be coming back and bringing our friends and family. Their lunch special buffet is theee best. The only problem when this place gets gets known, there will be wait times!!!!! But this place reminds me of a place back in California, it legit brought me back to the first time I ate Indian food with my aunty who introduced me to this amazing food! It brought a tear to my eye it was that good. I will definitely be coming back!!!!!

From the moment we walked in, the friendly staff made us feel very welcome. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, which set the tone for a great meal. Their 18 weekend lunch buffet is an amazing deal. It includes 12 main courses, with a perfect balance of 6 vegetarian and 4 non-vegetarian options. This means there is something to satisfy everyone’s taste buds. I particularly enjoyed their mutton and chicken curries, and butter chicken masala and paneer tikka masala, and reshmi kadhai which were cooked to perfection and full of flavor. One thing I noticed was that they don’t offer ice cream, but they more than make up for it with their delicious desserts. The gulab jamun was soft and sweet, and the fruit custard was creamy and refreshing. While I did miss having biryani as part of the buffet, the wide variety of other dishes more than compensated for it. The naan was incredibly soft and complemented the curries very well. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying and enjoyable meal!

Best indian food my family had in canada after a long time. We just found out this restaurant is under new management and very kind. Quantity and quality best. First time we saw good amount of quantity of food. If you are looking for an authentic indian veg food this is the place to go..!

We hosted our baby shower at Daal roti, Oakville in Mar 2025. The event was very well hosted and the guests really liked the food. Umang and his team went beyond expected to make sure our guests feel comfortable, helped our decorator and made sure food is well stocked and hot at all times. The event helped move furniture so that the images come out best in the day light. Will highly recommend for parties and events.

I had the best time at this buffet.. everything was super fresh, tasty, and well presented. So many options to choose from, and every dish I tried was delicious and the service was great too. I even took a video because it looked that good! Definitely a place I’d go back to.

I had an amazing experience at Daal-roti! The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Manchurian, Masala Naan, Hara-Bhara kabab,Tandoori chap, Kaju Masala, and Paneer Lababdar. Each dish was bursting with flavor and perfectly prepared. The generous portions and reasonable prices made it even better. I highly recommend Daal-roti for anyone looking for a fantastic meal with excellent service.I can’t wait to return....

We were craving for Indian food and stumbled upon this restaurant and I'm so glad we did. My boyfriend is super-picky and he loved it too! Very flavorful! If you’re looking for real authentic Indian food, this is the place to go. Umang,our host, was awesome. Highly recommended.
